Are Paragon's prices the same for cannabis and non-cannabis companies?
Paragon's pricing is consistent whether you are a cannabis or non-cannabis company. While maintaining a compliant banking solution for cannabis brings additional administrative burden, financial risks & costs for payroll providers, Paragon has chosen to not elevate our pricing. Opportunist may attempt to justify pricing irregularities for cannabis companies given these circumstances, however, Paragon will continue to provide best-in-class technology & reliable support at standard market rates.
What is PEPM?
PEPM = Per Employee Per Month. This differs from a per process charge as you only pay for the number of active employees each month. Process payroll as often you'd like without a worry of extra fees for off-cycle or emergency payrolls.

I have multiple entities (EINs), how does that affect pricing?
For operators with multiple EINs, the pricing model applies to each separately.
Regarding our monthly base fee, we charge $95 for a single EIN, $75/EIN for two EINs, and $50/EIN for 3 or more.

How do one-time implementation fees work?
Implementation costs are one-time fees to cover the upfront investment of Paragon customizing the isolved software to your needs, establishing an automated banking connection & training efforts for payroll, HR & benefits.
Costs vary on size of your workforce, complexity of your configuration & specific modules you might need. Your specific proposal should outline this investment.
Implementation is the foundation for a successful payroll & HR software experience.
What are the costs of W2's?
Paragon's annual fees for production & filing of W2's are $70 base per EIN & $7/per W2.
Is assisted payroll right for me?
When you need help handling data entry to ensure your payroll is processed timely.
